Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our designs. To maintain fairness and hygiene standards, please review our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Policy

-We currently offer exchange only.
-Refunds and order cancellations are not applicable under any circumstances.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange request will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

-The request is raised within 5  days of receiving the product

-The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned in its original condition and packaging

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

-Customized or personalized pieces

-Products that are non-returnable due to hygiene or health reasons once unsealed

-Products that have been altered, damaged or mishandled after delivery

Dhriti Wadiwala reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not comply with the above conditions.

Shipping & Handling

-All exchange-related shipping costs are to be borne by the customer

-We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit

-Customers are strongly advised to use a reliable, trackable courier service
